To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our participants, please familiarize yourself with our booking and cancellation policy.
Booking Procedure:
All classes at Live Strong Studio must be booked online in advance through our secure booking system.
To reserve your spot in a class, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Window:
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method.
It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
No-Show Policy:
Participants who do not attend a booked class without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
Class rescheduling is not available. If you are unable to attend a booked class, please follow the cancellation policy.
Late Arrival:
To ensure a positive experience for all participants, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
Late arrivals may not be admitted to the class to prevent disruption.
Class Packages:
Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You can purchase a 10 or 20 class package either for in studio group classes or private training classes (in studio and online). All packages must be used within a 6-month period and, after this period, any unused credits will expire.
Extensions or freezes on packages are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
Log in to our Customer Portal to track, reschedule and/or cancel your appointments and packages.
Cancellation Notifications:
Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
Reminder emails will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellation confirmation emails will be sent once the cancellation is processed.
